Drivers will be home 80-90% of the time every night - there may be occasions where they will have to spend the night out on the road, but rarely. Everything is drop & hook - no touch freight - round trip. Drivers will be home regularly. We are working towards a 5 day schedule with a 6th day optional during non-peak season. Also offering a $75 weekly safety bonus that will pay out quarterly providing the drivers have no preventable crashes.Drivers will be off regularly for 34hr reset.
